When can I claim ?

Unlike other personal injuries claims you only have 2 years from the date of the criminal act to make an application for compensation under the scheme. It is therefore important to speak to a solicitor as soon as the incident has occurred.

How much can I expect to receive for my injuries?

Unlike other personal injury claim there is a fixed tariff scheme for the level of compensation you will receive. We will advise you on the likely level of damages under the scheme you will receive on your first contact with us. The minimum tariff award is £1000.00, the maximum is £500000.00.
