When should I see a solicitor ?

As soon as you know you have been inured in an accident. It is important that a solicitor can start work immediately for you preserving evidence and advising you on what you need to do. However just because you didn’t see a solicitor straight away does NOT mean that you cannot make a claim. You have 3 years from the date of the accident to start court proceedings to claim for damages.
